How to Change My Security Question
Security question is used when you forget your password and go through steps to recover it. Default Security question is 2+2=? with an answer being a numeric "4".
1. Navigate to "My Profile" Page
- Open Main Menu and Click on My Profile... or
- Click on "My Profile" icon off the main page
2. My Security Question Panel
Used to change your security question
- Type in your password
- Type in the new security question
- Type in new security question answer
- Save Changes
3. Return to Home Page
Click on the Home icon or click on word "Home" on the breadcrumbs menu as shown above
