QC Lab Dashboard

  1. Click on category to filter data shown in the table.
  2. This card will show the total number of open samples in winLIMS for the specific site using this dashboard regardless of the filters (1 or 7). <Field NOT clickable>
    • Open samples in winLIMS are samples that have not been given a final status (A, JDE, Rw, Rx, F, etc.).
  3. This card will show the number of samples that the Lab has received in winLIMS in the current day for the specific site using this dashboard regardless of the filters (1 or 7). <Field NOT clickable>
  4. This card will show the number of completed samples in winLIMS in the current day for the specific site using this dashboard regardless of the filters (1 or 7).  <Field is clickable>
    • When clicking on the completed today card, the completed samples will be shown on the next screen (see below).
  5. Date and time that this data was refreshed (default is every minute).
  6. Data table (filtered by 1 and 7):
    • Status: winLIMS status, can be any of:
      • P: Sample received in Lab but no test results have been entered.
      • B: At least one test result has been entered but not complete yet.
      • C: All test results have been entered but not validated against specs.
      • V: All test results have been entered and validated against specs. Pending approval or final status disposition.
    • TAT: Turn around time
      • If TAT goal is set in winLIMS there will be a bar indicating the ratio of the TAT against the TAT Goal. Green would indicate that TAT is still within the TAT Goal. Red would indicate that the TAT exceeded the TAT goal.
      • Once a sample is approved or given a final status in winLIMS, this record will be removed from this screen and will appear on the "Completed Today screen".
      • The TAT goal can be seen by clicking on the "i" button at the end of the TAT progression bar.
  7. Date filter. Default is current day (Today). The number in parenthesis indicates the total number of samples that exist in the respective date range.

  2. Click on the house button to take you back to the main dashboard.
  3. This card will show the number of completed samples in winLIMS in the current day for the specific site using this dashboard regardless of the filters (1 or 7).  <Field is NOT clickable>
  4. Average and Standard deviation of TAT using only samples shown on screen with Status= JDE, A, Rw, Rj, F or X.
  5. Date and time that data on the MAIN screen was refreshed (NOTE: This screen is not being refreshed).
  6. Data table (filtered by 1):
    • winLIMS Status: Can be any of:
      • A: Sample approved in winLLIMS.
      • JDE: Sample approved in winLIMS and test result(s) sent to JDE. (if used by site)
      • Rw: Re-work sample.
      • F: Failed sample.
      • Rj: Sample rejected
    • JDE Status (if available): Can be any of:
      • P: Pass
      • F: Fail
    • TAT: Turn around time
      • If TAT goal is set in winLIMS there will be a bar indicating the ratio of the TAT against the TAT Goal. Green would indicate that TAT is still within the TAT Goal. Red would indicate that the TAT exceeded the TAT goal.
      • The TAT goal can be seen by clicking on the "i" button at the end of the TAT progression bar.
