How To Enter Results - Cross Tab

Cross Tab can be used to enter results.  It's an efficient way to enter results for multiple different samples.

1. Results (crosstab) Menu Item

  1. Hover curser over "Sample Manager"
  2. Click on "Results (crosstab)"

1.1. Search for samples

  1. Perform a search using favorite query by hovering curser over the star and clicking on the favorite search name
  2. Perform a search using query builder (Separate tutorial on how to use query builder)

1.2. Enter Results

  1. Enter Results into cells corresponding to the Sample ID on the x-axis and Parameter name on the Y-axis
  2. Press Save Button to save results

When curser is placed into the result cell, pop-up shows you Customer Specification Limits, Sample Status.

2. Cross Tab From Find Samples Menu

  1. After executing a search select the samples to enter results for by clicking next to the lot number.  Clicked rows will highlight in yellow
  2. Click on cross tab button

2.2. Enter Results

  1. Enter Results
  2. Press Save
