A window will come up that will guide you in the set-up of a new ODBC data source for LIMS.

1. Click "Add"
2. Click "SQL Server"
3. Click "Finish"

1. Fill out the Name as shows above: "Minitab Chennai"
2. Fill out the Description as shown above: "Minitab Chennai"
3. Type in Server name "hkkesr012.as.cksnnet.com"
4. Click "Next"

1. Click the second radio button to activate the Login ID and Password box
2. Enter the login ID as specified below.  The password is "minitab123" without the quotation marks
3. Click Next to Continue

1. Click the check box to activate the drop down box
2. Click on the drop down to see available DB options
3. For Chennai you want to select: AChennai
4. Click Next to proceed

Click Finish

1. Click the Test Data Source... button
