Sample Approval, Pseudo Sample, and COA Generation

Powder samples vary in number of required analyses, but generally require an automatic input from Camsizer (pail data) and a manual input of Analytical results.  Camsizer creates multiple samples under common lot number and test class "Pail" for each sample analyzed.  Manual entry of Analytical data, requires for a sample to be created manually under common lot number and test class "Analytical".  To generate a CoA a special class of a sample is created called "Pseudo" sample.  This sample averages all the individually created "Pail" samples of that lot number adding "Analytical" results and allows you to create a CoA combining all the analytical and averages of pail data.
