WinLIMS Off-boarding Process

1. Identify Employee Name in off-boarding ticket

1.1. Search for user using Crystal Reports

  1. Copy and Paste the users full name from the Off-boarding ticket
  2. Click "OK" to search

1.2. Crystal Report Output

  1. If user appears as Status=True in any of the WinLIMS databases, open the respective WinLIMS app.
  2. If user is not found in any of the databases, close off boarding ticket.
  3. Refer to the table below for the appropriate sign of address

Users must be deactivated for each server if they appear as status=true in more than one row

1.3. WinLIMS Application

WinLIMS - Login (Home>User) — Mozilla Firefox

Open the respective WinLIMS application according to the table above.  Authenticate using the provided credentials (below)

Username: HelpDesk

Password: Number1!

1.4. Manage Users Page

This should be the home page of the HelpDesk account.

1.5. Search for the user

  1. Enter the user name and click the binocular icon to search

  1. Uncheck the box to deactivate the account

1.6. User Account Deactivated

1.7. Close Ticket

  2. Click Close Task
