How to Recycle the Crystal Report IIS Service

This article will walk you through the steps required to recycle (restart) the Crystal Report web service in Microsoft Internet Information Services.  The Crystal Report web service is used on 3 regional servers in the Americas, Asia, and Europe and allows users to extract formatted data and metrics from WinLIMS and CompliantPro Application databases.

1. Identify the appropriate regional server.

Users will almost always be using the server in their own business regions.  If you are unsure which region is correct, the server can be identified by looking at the URL of the report that the user is trying to run.
