How to Re-Activate a Deactivated Company Profile
When a Company Profile is deactivated due to inactivity and a sample for that customer is received, it needs to be reactivated. This will allow users to log in samples under that company profile again.
1. Navigate to Company Profile
Using tutorial "How to Search in Company Manager" Navigate to the appropriate company Profile
If you're unable to locate the company profile, it's likely that it never existed or has gotten accidentally deleted and needs to be created again.
2. Activate Company Profile Record
- Check the "Active Record" Check box
- Save Changes
When the "Active Record" checkbox is checked this record will now be searchable when creating a new order record.
