How to Manage CC List
When a sample is created in the Manage Orders page, it inherits the emails associated with the customer assigned to the order and samples. Follow this tutorial to add or remove emails. This has to be done to each sample individually. When an email(s) needs to be added to the Company Profile please refer to tutorial "How to Revise the CC List on a Company Profile"
1. Find Sample
Follow steps described in the "How to Search in LMS" tutorial to search and drill down into the sample requiring method modifications.
2. Add Additional Emails
- Click to open CC-List
- Click on Add New
- Type in email into the text box
- Click Save to add email
- Follow steps 1-4 again to add additional emails to the list when necessary, or press small blue "x" to close this pop-up
3. Remove Existing Emails
- Click to open CC-List
- Click checkbox next to the email you need to delete
- Click "X" button to delete
- Click OK to confirm
- Press small blue "x" to close this pop-up
You can delete multiple emails at the same time by selecting the checkboxes next to them.
4. Save Changes
Press Save to capture changes
