LIMS Global CoA Retrieval
This tutorial will describe the steps to retrieve a PDF copy of a CoA report.
1. Navigate to SharePoint Site
Credentials for SharePoint Site are the same as your outlook email and password.
2. Click on the Originating Region
- Click on "CofA Retrieval Europe"
From this site you can retrieve CoA's created in different regions for all the businesses that use LIMS V7 for their Laboratory Information System.
3. Enter Lot Number
- Enter Lot Number
- Press Submit
4. Open Report
- Click on "Click Here for CoA" if you need a generic copy of the CoA
- Click on "Click Here for CoA" if you need a copy of the CoA for packaging code 725224.0025
- Click on "Click Here for CoA" if you need a copy of the CoA for packaging code 725224.0600
After implementation of Print CoA Interface between JDE and LIMS, we will be able to generate Customer specific CoA's with customer's name on them. After Go-Live, you will see column "Company" and "Address" filled out appropriately and will be able to select cert based on the customer for which you need it for.
Next steps would be to save the PDF on your computer or print it out for packing paper work. This can be done using standard Adobe tool bar on the PDF output.
